Flex-a-lite introduces new FLEX-A-FIT cross-flow radiators designed with internal fins that perform as heat sinks that absorb heat more quickly from the engine coolant, then radiate it through external fins that increase the tank’s radiant surface area three fold. The unique external fin design integrates limitless fastening points into the tank itself, transforming the radiator into a convenient bracket for attaching expansion tanks, electric fans, oil coolers, etc. This new FLEX-A-FIT sidetank design turns an otherwise tough radiator swap into a simple installation using a few drilled brackets.

Flex-a-lite radiators are all aluminum with 2-row core 1"/26mm tubes, and 3 different core sizes with inlets on either the left or right side of the tank (inlet 1.5" & outlet 1.75"). Radiators can be purchased separately or included with the Flex-a-lite electric fans to cover 100% of the core.

THE FLEX-A-FIT SIDETANK MAKES FOR
SIMPLIFIED INSTALLATION OF THE RADIATOR
T-Channels in the sidetank allow the radiator mounting brackets to slide up and down each channel. The radiator can be repositioned, both vertically and horizontally by simply loosening the bolts provided.

IMPROVED HEAT DISSIPATION
Internal fins perform as heat sinks, absorbing heat more quickly from the engine coolant, then radiating it through external fins to dissipate the heat 234% more efficiently.

SIMPLIFIED ATTACHMENT FOR ACCESSORIES
Unique external fin design integrates limitless fastening points for attaching expansion tanks, electric fans, oil coolers, etc.

SIMPLIFIED ATTACHMENT FOR RETURN LINES
Fasten Gator Clips^® for a return line without kinks, chaffing or zip ties.
