Policy & Terms of Sales

Terms: 2% 10 days. Net 30. Subject to credit approval. State and local taxes excluded. All prices subject to change without notice. Finance charges assessed at conventional interest rate each month retroactive to invoice date on past due accounts.

Stock Adjustment: A one time stock adjustment will be allowed without handling charge for newly established accounts.

This adjustment may be made six months from date of original purchase and before the first anniversary of original purchase.

Returns must be prepaid freight to the factory and must be accompanied by a purchase order for replacement to equal that being returned.

After initial stock adjustment accounts will be allowed to return 5% of their previous year's purchases for purposes of stock control.

These returns must be prepaid freight to the factory, accompanied by a 2-for-1 offsetting purchase order and will be subject to a 5% handling charge.

All merchandise returned under this policy must be salable merchandise, undamaged, and in it's original container or equivalent serviceable carton.

All returns must have factory approval and a return authorization number.

NA Items: Not available when current inventory runs out.

Order expediting charge: $5.00 (Same day shipments must be ordered prior to 1:00 PM Pacific Coast Time and product must be on hand)

Drop ship fee: $10.00

Minimum Order: $50.00 Orders under the minimum will be charged a $10.00 handling fee. (Only A and B pop coded items are subject to the minimum order fee)

Radiator Mod Fee: $50.00 min with a two week lead time Top Flow Radiator: $75.00 fee with a two week lead time

Freight Policy: Prepaid freight on orders of $2500.00 or more purchased at one time of any mix of product, via surface transportation within the continental U.S. to a single destination or port of embarkation. Flex-a-lite reserves the right to select route and method of transportation.

A charge of $5.00 will be added on to UPS orders. Claims for shortage and damage must be filed with the carrier within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. (I.C.C. regulations)

Shortages: It is your responsibility as the receiver to notify our customer service department within 24 hours in regard to quantity discrepancies and we reserve the right to inspect any discrepancies. The notification may be by telephone but a confirming memo is required.  If no notification is received, you will be held accountable to quantities as indicated on our shipping document and will be charged accordingly.

Returns: No returns authorized without permission and return authorization number (RGA). Merchandise to be returned prepaid freight, and will be subject to a 5% handling charge. Send all returns to 7213-45th Street Court East, Fife, Washington 98424  Custom orders may not be returned.  All NA pop coded items are no longer eligible for return.

Flex-a-lite Limited Warranty

Flex-a-lite Consolidated,  7213-45th St. Ct. E., Fife, Washington 98424, Telephone No. (253) 922-2700, warrants to the original purchaser, all Flex-a-lite products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 365 days (1 year) from the date of purchase. Flex-a-lite products failing within 365 days (1 year) from date of purchase, may be returned to the factory through the point of purchase, transportation charges prepaid. If, on inspection, cause of failure is determined to be defective material or workmanship and not by misuse, accident, improper installation, or subsequent installations other than the original vehicle in which it was installed, Flex-a-lite will replace the product free of charge, transportation prepaid. Flex-a-lite will Not be liable for incidental, progressive, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
