Terms: Net 30. Subject to credit approval. State and local taxes excluded. All prices subject to change without notice. Finance charges assessed at conventional interest rate each month retroactive to invoice date on past due account.
Stock Adjustment: A one time stock adjustment will be allowed without handling charge for newly established accounts. This may be made 6 months from date of original purchase and before the first anniversary of original purchase. Returns must be prepaid to the factory and must be accompanied by a purchase order for stock replacement to equal that being returned. After the initial stock adjustment, accounts will be allowed to return a total of 5% of their previous year's purchases for purpose of stock control. These returns must be prepaid to the factory accompanied by a 2-for-1 off setting purchase order and will be subject to a 10% handling charge. All merchandise under this policy must be salable merchandise, undamaged, and in it's original container or equivalent serviceable carton. All returns must have factory approval and a return authorization number.
Returns: All returns must be approved by the factory. All merchandise returned must have an RGA# and will be sent back to the factory prepaid and may be assessed a 10% handling / restocking fee.
Minimum Order: None
Freight: Prepaid freight on $1,500.00 or more purchased at one time, via surface transportation within the Continental U.S. to a single destination of port or embarkation. Flex-a-lite reserves the right to select route and method of transportation. A charge of $5.00 will be added on UPS orders. Claims for shortage and damage must be filed with the carrier within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. (I.C.C. regulations)
Truck Down Rush Orders: Shipped same day if: Part is in stock and ordered before 5:00 PM EST.
Custom Fan Modifications: Modifications made to fans 32" in diameter and less: $25.00. Modifications made to fans 34" in diameter and larger: $35.00. Modified fans are non-returnable. Note: Any fan over 32" in diameter is considered special order and is non-returnable.
The Flex-a-lite Limited Warranty
Flex-a-lite Consolidated, 7213-45th St. Ct. E., Fife, WA 98424. Telephone No. 253/922-2700, warrants to the original purchaser user, all Flex-a-lite products to be of free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 365 days (1 year) from date of purchase, Flex-a-lite products failing within 365 days (1 year) from date of purchase, may be returned to the factory through the point of purchase, transportation charges prepaid. If, on inspection, cause of failure is determined to be defective material or workmanship and not by misuse, accident, or improper installation, Flex-a-lite will replace the fan free of charge, transportation prepaid. Flex-a-lite will not be responsible for incidental, progressive, or consequential dmages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
