Some time ago, we introduced the Flex-a-lite Camaro SS project car that we were building with Duncan Speed & Custom in Lakewood, WA, to take on our 50th Anniversary Tour. Since then, we've put together a video that shows all of the work that Bill and Will Duncan did on the car to add performance and improve the appearance of the Camaro
Why did we choose a Camaro to help us celebrate our 50th anniversary? At the last SEMA show, we introduced a Flex-a-fit® direct-fit aluminum radiator and electric fan combination for the popular 2010-2011 Camaro.

We're in the business of building performance cooling products. But every once in a while, we take it upon ourselves to build a performance car or truck to show off our wares. At the last SEMA show, we introduced a Flex-a-fit® direct-fit aluminum radiator and electric fan combination for the popular 2010-2011 Camaro. For the show, we outfitted an otherwise stock Camaro SS with the new system (you can watch the installation by clicking here). As we made preparations for our 50th Anniversary Tour, we decided to make some more modifications to the Camaro to complement the Flex-a-lite performance cooling system and help the car better fit in at the high-performance stops we have planned for the tour. Christmas is upon us, and in between trying to finish up production details on next year's new products, our minds have wandered into wondering about things. Things like how long is the naughty and nice list? How does Santa travel around the world in one night? We track him every year on the NORADsm web site, and we still don't get it. And why Mrs. Claus doesn't join the big guy for his annual present-delivering trip around the globe? We think it might be because it's too darn cold in that sleigh! Continue reading

Welcome to the Flex-a-lite® blog! The word blog doesn't fully tell you what you can expect to find here and what you can do. So we thought it would be a good time to share a little more info on these topics.
What you'll find on this site is information and stories that relate to Flex-a-lite. It seems like we've run into just about every cooling situation you could imagine, and we've helped thousands of people with their special engine-cooling needs. That's quite a bit of knowledge and experience, which we'll start sharing with you on this blog. What works better: a belt-driven fan or electric? Should I use an electric fan in push or suck mode? What's the best material to make radiators from? We have plenty more, and plan to share our opinions with you as well as some interesting data from our testing. Continue reading
